Delivery Charges
Early Morning Delivery Charge is Rs.149/-.
Same Day Regular Delivery Charge is Rs. 99/-.
Mid-Night Delivery Charge is Rs. 299/-.
Express-Priority Delivery Charge is Rs. 299/-.
Why Not Free Delivery?
At the risk of shooting ourselves in the foot we take the up front & honest approach. Realistically there is no such thing as free delivery. We could say we give free delivery and then hide the charge in the price of your flowers. Drivers wage, fuel, insurance, vehicle purchase & maintenance all need to be paid for.
Same Day Flower Delivery
Same day flower delivery is available on orders for delivery in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad. Orders should be placed before 8pm, but if you are a little late we will always try our best to have your flowers delivered on the same day. Make sure you provide a contact number so we can keep in touch.
What Time Will My Flowers Be Delivered?
Due to the logistics involved in the delivery, we can not take guarantee of a specific time for delivery. However if you do have any specific delivery requirements we will always endeavour to acheive them. All orders are delivered during the day usually between approx. 8am and 00.30 pm, although at peak trading times these times can vary. During the peak trading days such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, New Years we operate extended hours and delivery times may be extended due to heavy load of deliveries. In short, delivery times are not guaranteed, regardless of any request or otherwise.
What Happens If The Recipient Is Out?
If the recipient is not home when the florist calls we will leave your order with a neighbour and let the recipient know where the flowers have been left. If there are no neighbours to leave your order a re-delivery at a convenient time on an extra charge can be made.
Cake Delivery Policy
We donot prefer cake delivery in the early morning and only undertake such order on special requests since cakes have to be ordered fresh from the bakery the same day to maintain quality. We do not buy cakes the previous day for delivery on next day, that way the cake has to be refrigerated the whole night, gets stale and is not edible by the time it reaches the recipient.
In extremely warm weather conditions where there is a chance of a particular flavor of cake reaching the destination in a melted form, it may be substituted with other flavor so that the highest quality edibles are delivered to your recipient.
Flower Delivery to Work Addresses etc.
If your order is for delivery to a non-residential address please try to provide as much information as possible. Please include business names, departments, hospital wards, hotel room numbers etc. Such deliveries may be classed as 'third party deliveries'.
Third Party Deliveries
A third party delivery is one in which acceptance of the delivery may be a reception area, work colleagues etc. It may be prudent to inform someone at the address that a delivery is to be made. When a third party delivery is made we can not accept responsibility for the flowers not reaching the recipient.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please make sure that the delivery information you provide is accurate. FnG Store can not accept responsibility for any delivery errors made due to incorrect address details. You must provide us with the all correct information required in the order form and any extra information that you feel will help us reaching the right place. In case of incorrect information, we will not be responsible for the wrong delivery.
Special Occasions and Local Holidays
In general for special occasions the cut off times are adjusted to be at least one day earlier. We will always accept your orders, and in most cases be able to process them on time. However, we cannot guarantee last minute orders for special occasions, and we will make the delivery at the earliest possible date. For special occasions we are unable to guarantee any morning or fixed time delivery.
Substitution Policy
FnG Store will try to deliver flower arrangements as shown on the site, but at times it is practically not possible to replicate the same due to the nature of the flowers and seasonal constraints.Since all the flowers are not available in all the seasons and to make sure that your order is not delayed due to non-availabilty of a particular flower, we will substitute that particular flower with the flower of same or higher value.
Roses will never be substituted with other flowers or floral products without requesting your confirmation first. Flower arrangements are unique and handmade, so no two are ever identical. Every effort is made to fulfil your order as closely as possible to the product photos and descriptions. In some cases, we may not have some items in stock and careful substitutions of equal or greater value will automatically be made. We will always maintain the value and concept of the chosen product.The design and the other aesthetics of the arrangements remaining the same.
Price Increase Request
In some rare cases we may be forced to contact you and request a price increase to successfully deliver the flowers. Working with local florists is a huge advantage with quality and timing; however, it does mean that on rare occasions our local florist may be subject to certain restrictions:
- If the delivery address of the order is a remote place and the florist needs an extra fee for the long distance.
- If certain items are out of stock or market prices have suddenly risen, due to local seasonal changes.
- If for special events or occasions the market prices have risen over and above our advertised supplement.
- If for any other reason there is a need for more money to process the order successfully.
In all cases we will attempt to contact you and confirm if you wish to add the requested price increase to the order or cancel the order. If the order is canceled you will receive a full refund.
Order Cancellation and Refund
- In the case that you want to cancel an order, you will be given a full refund if you have given us a minimum of 1 days notice before the delivery date.
- If notice of cancellation arrives less than 6 hours before the delivery time you will only be given a refund minus Rs. 99.
- If notice is given less than 3 hours before the delivery time no refund will be given.
- Please note that all refunds will be made minus any taxes, charges or currency conversions incurred by FnG Store during the transaction.
